On The Tools and Mul-T-Lock become the latest official Tell TVL Supporters

Six months since its launch, Tell TVL continues to gain momentum every day – with more contributors sharing their experiences of van crime and tool theft.

Today we are delighted to announce another significant landmark as we welcome our latest Tell TVL Supporters to the network, in the form of On The Tools and Mul-T-Lock. With their help, and the contributions of our existing Supporters – the BVRLA, bott and Brigade – we’re giving thieves less room to hide and tradespeople greater support in protecting their vans, tools, and livelihoods.

Laura Moran, Managing Director at TVL Security, says: “With Christmas on the horizon and living costs rising for everyone, protecting vulnerable tradespeople from losing their means of income is more important than ever before. The support of On The Tools and Mul-T-Lock is greatly appreciated and helps to strengthen Tell TVL’s potential to combat van crime. We thank both parties for their faith in our growing community.

“Day by day we’re receiving positive feedback on how Tell TVL can help honest tradespeople fight back against van crime and tool theft. With each new Supporter that comes onboard, the room for thieves to hide shrinks ever smaller.”

As the UK’s largest online construction-based community, On The Tools’ backing of the Tell TVL initiative is warmly welcomed. With more than four million followers across all its social media channels, its support provides a vital pool of real van owners who can provide detailed insight on the latest van crime trends that currently slip under the radar.

Mul-T-Lock, meanwhile, has been developing and manufacturing high-security locking products and access control solutions for institutional, commercial, industrial and residential applications for nearly five decades. It supplies its products to a worldwide customer base.
